The Outlaw 30 is my most elevated upgrade. I start with an authentic vintage handbag, restore it, dye the leather black, install brass hardware, and go all in with a fully hand-studded base panel and matching black leather shoulder strap.
The studded bottom isn't just detail, it's armor. Built to take hits, turn heads, and age like a rebel artifact. Every stud is placed by hand. Every bag is finished one at a time.
