- Once your design request is approved, I will send you a quote.
- After you review and approve the quote, I will create a custom listing for you.
- Once you purchase the custom listing, sourcing and customizations will begin.

- Handbag size (25, 30, or 35)
- Condition and rarity of the vintage handbag
- Customizations selected (dye, patches, straps, etc.)
- Sourcing vs. sending in your handbag
- Turnaround time varies based on design complexity and current volume. Please allow 4-5 weeks processing time before your custom bag ships.
- I only work on authentic designer bags. No dupes.
- All custom bags are final sale due to their personalized, handmade nature.
