Because Ugly Bags items are handmade, customized, and/or vintage luxury resale items, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Many of our pieces are custom-made or one-of-a-kind vintage items and cannot be restocked or resold.
Vintage Item Disclosure
Ugly Bags are authentic vintage items that may show signs of previous wear, including but not limited to minor scuffs, patina, creasing, discoloration, or interior wear. These characteristics are normal and expected with vintage goods and are part of their unique history and charm. Signs of normal vintage wear are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item so you can shop with confidence. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Luxury Resale Disclaimer
Ugly Bags is an independent reseller of authentic, pre-owned luxury goods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any luxury brand. All brand names, trademarks, and copyrights are used solely for the purpose of identifying the products being sold.
Any customizations or alterations are performed independently and aftermarket, and therefore void any original brand warranties. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a pre-owned luxury item that may have been customized.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
You order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Approved claims will be resolved with a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Natural Variations
Due to the handmade and vintage nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, hardware finish, stitching, or placement are normal and expected. These variations are not considered defects.
