Products & Availability

We offer authentic vintage luxury items, as well as handmade and custom products. Many items are one-of-a-kind, pre-owned, or customized. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. 

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colors and details may vary due to screen settings and the handmade or vintage nature of our items. 

Vintage & Pre-owned Condition

By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge that vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use, including patina, scuffs, creasing, or interior wear. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects. 

Custom & Handmade Items

Custom and handmade items are created specifically for each customer. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. Minor variations are inherent to handmade work and add to the uniqueness of each piece. 

Authenticity & Luxury Resale Disclaimer

We are an independent reseller of authentic, pre-owned luxury goods and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any luxury brand. 

All trademarks and brand names are used solely to identify the products sold. Any aftermarket customization or alteration is performed independently and voids any original brand warranties. 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped. 

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy prior to purchase. By placing an order, you agree to that policy. 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ugly Bags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
