The Blackout 30 starts as an authentic vintage handbag and gets reworked in the Ugly Bags studio for bolder life. I strip it down, dye the leather black, add brass hardware, and finish it with my signature hand-studded leather shoulder strap so it actually wears like a statement - not a relic. 

Each bag is sourced, authenticated, restored, dyed, and upgraded by hand. No factory lines. No shortcuts. Just wearable rebellion in an iconic silhouette.
