Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Custom or customized items may require additional processing time
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays
Made-to-order items are sourced and customized after purchase. Please allow 4-5 weeks for production before your order ships. Once complete, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates for ready-to-ship items are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
All Ugly Bags made-to-order pieces are shipped with care and intention. Our flat-rate shipping covers insured, trackable delivery with signature confirmation to protect your investment from start to finish.
Made-to-Order shipping rates include:
- Secure packaging
- Full-value insurance
- Signature required on delivery
We do not rush art - each piece is built, finished, and shipped with the same level of detail it's designed with.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and someone is available to sign for delivery. Ugly Bags in not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package is in transit.
We currently ship to United States only.
Vintage & Custom Items
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind vintage luxury pieces or customized by hand. Orders are shipped only after final inspection to ensure quality and accuracy.
Because of this, shipping times may vary slightly, especially during high-volume periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Events outside of our control
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Ugly Bags is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages marked at delivered by the carrier but not received
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
