3. I'll review your design request and confirm feasibility
4. Once approved, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance
5. Custom work begins after the balance is paid in full

• What if my design request can't be approved?
  • If your request isn't feasible (material unavailable, design limitations, etc.), we'll work together to adjust your design. If no alternative can be agreed upon, your deposit will be refunded. 
• Can I send you my vintage bag to have customized?
  • Yes! I can customize your bag with patches, dye, d-rings, etc. BUT I only work on authentic vintage handbags, no dupes. 
• Are the sourced bags authentic?
  • Yes. Every bag is 100% authentic vintage and professionally authenticated prior to customization. Ugly Bags is not affiliated with any luxury brands. 
• How long does a custom bag take?
  • Turnaround time varies based on design complexity and current volume. Estimated timelines will be provided once your design is approved. 
• Do you accept returns or exchanges?
  • No. All custom bags are final sale due to their personalized, handmade nature.
